Article Writing Guide

Section 1: How to write and submit an article

- The scientific journal of " Paykareh" welcomes original and innovative research articles and reviews that are organized according to the structure of the journal authors' guide.
- All or part of the submitted article has not been published in any other journal and if the manuscript has already been presented in scientific conferences, it should be announced by mentioning the full details of the relevant conference.
- Do not send your manuscript to another publication until the acceptance response is received from the publication.
- Avoid using English words or terms that have a comprehensible Persian equivalent. In necessary cases, the Persian form of the word in the text and its English equivalent should be given in the footnote.
- The received articles will be reviewed by the editor, the editorial board, and the reviewers and, if approved, will be published after revision (if necessary) and editing in turn.
- It is required to attach a letter signed by the author(s) of the manuscript, stating their agreement to publish the article and not sending the manuscript to other journals at the same time.
- The journal is free to reject, accept, edit, summarize and modify articles, and submitted articles will not be returned.
- The order of insertion of articles is subject to the special rules of the journal and does not depend on the academic degree and qualities of its authors.
- The author is responsible for the accuracy and precision of the contents of the article.
- If the manuscript is not revised within the deadline given to the authors and is not resubmitted to the journal within the specified period, the journal can remove the article from the agenda. In such cases, it will not be possible to resubmit the article to the journal.
- The submitted manuscript should be prepared in A4 paper dimensions with a single line spacing and 3 cm margins on each side in Microsoft Word 2003 or 2007 and 2015 the manuscript should not exceed 20 pages.
- The main text from the introduction to the reference should be written in a justified column and the right alignment for Persian articles and the space between the lines is.

- The text of the Persian article should be typed with B Nazanin 12 and Times New Roman 10, and its titles should be written in Bold.
- The font of the article (Persian and English) should be uniform.
- The submitted article must have a title page (English and Persian), names of the author(s) in English and Persian,  non-extended Persian abstract, and keywords (English and Persian).
- Tables and charts are numbered and used in the article in the order of their place in the text and they should be center justified.
- The titles of the tables at the top, and the titles of charts at the bottom should be inserted in the center and the descriptions of the tables and charts should be written below them. It is also necessary to mention citations next to the titles of tables and charts.
- There should be no line between the tables, only one horizontal line at the top of the table and one horizontal line at the bottom of the table.
- For the numbers of the figures, tables, and diagrams, use a dot instead of (/).
- Symbols and subtitles are written at the bottom of each page and start with the number one on each page.
- Do not number the titles in the article.
- Appendices and notes should be presented at the end of the article and after the references.
- The journal reserves the right to reject or accept articles.
- The journal welcomes constructive suggestions and criticisms to improve the quality of article publishing.
- Submitting an article is only possible through the journal site to the following address: http://paykareh.scu.ac.ir/ and after registering in it.
- Complete the Author Commitment and Conflict of Interest Form.
- The corresponding author can withdraw the article from reviewing only up to one week after submitting the article to the journal. Once the article has entered the reviewing process, it is not possible to cancel. If the corresponding author wishes to withdraw the article after the specified time, after the approval and acceptance of the editor-in-chief, the corresponding author is obliged to pay the review costs. 
- The Journal reserves the right to evaluate the observance of ethical standards and plagiarism. Furthermore, at any stage of the article evaluation process or even after its publication, the journal can blacklist the offending authors and discredit and revoke the articles.

Section 2: Sequence and Details of Headlines and Structure of the Article
Considering the need to observe the punctuation and the structure of journal articles, it is necessary to carefully examine the structure and headlines of the article both in terms of order and in terms of form and manner of writing; after making sure that the article matches all the mentioned cases, it can be submitted to the journal. The internal structure and keywords of the articles are as follows:
- Title of the article in English and Persion.
- Names and Affiliations in English, and authors' e-mail addresses [Only in the version with names]  If the research is based on a dissertation or thesis, it should be written on the first page after the abstract of this article (only on the authors' profile page). .. in the field of ..........., with the title "..............." under the guidance of the second and third authors in the University of ....... . Is.
- Abstract should be about 300 words and in a structured form, including: Introduction, Research method, Findings, Conclution and Keywords according to the current method of the journal. 
- Introduction and Problem Definition (Problem statement [Ends with a general question that expresses the research problem] Research Questions / Research Hypotheses. 

- Research Methodology

- Comparison of research with background

- Theoretical Framework.
- Research Background [Analytical background including domestic and foreign backgrounds and summary of the literature review should be under this heading]
- Research Findings( Answer to the first question of the research. ...
Test the first research hypothesis. ... [if available])
- Conclusion
- Research Executive Suggestions [if available]Suggestions for future research [if available]
- Acknowledgment and Funding: Acknowledgments to sponsors and individuals, including mentioning the point that the article is taken from a dissertation, thesis, or research project, etc., under the heading "Acknowledgment".
- Appendices [if available]

- References [Alphabetical order]

- Attachments if available
- After the final acceptance of the article, the translation process takes place in English.

Section 3: How to Organize the article

Author profile page includes:

- The title of the article along with the name and surname and details of the authors' organizational affiliation in Farsi and English should be given on a separate page. The title of the article and the English information of the authors must match the Persian information of the article exactly.    

- The English and Farsi title of the article should be specific, short, clear, contain the main variables and the time and place of the research, and refrain from using formulas and abbreviations. 

- The name and surname of the author or authors should be included in the order of the main author, the second author and the rest along with the academic rank of the respective organization. It is necessary to identify the responsible author (author in charge of correspondence).

- The address (postal address and zip code), phone number, telephone number, and e-mail address of the author responsible for the correspondence of the article and the date of sending the article should be specified.

The original version of the article includes:

- The title of the article should be specific, short, clear, contain the main variables and the time and place of the research, and avoid formulas and abbreviations.

- The Persian abstract is unstructured, between 250 and 300 words along with keywords, including: statement of the problem, objective, research method, findings, and keywords.

- Introduction A brief description of the subject or problem of the research should be presented in this section. The research problem is clearly defined in three topics: the importance of the topic, the current situation in the field of this topic, and finally the problem and concern that has forced the researcher to conduct this research (without citing and based on the author's analysis, creativity and concern and relying on previous materials ) to follow. The final issue of the research should be raised as a general question.

- Research method: things including the type of research, research method, how to conduct research, description of materials and methods used, including sampling methods, statistical methods used, population and statistical sample, data collection tools, validity and reliability, analysis method The data and analysis tools of the findings are mentioned in this section. In this way, the materials related to the steps and society, which are related to the topic of methodology, should be given under the title "Research Method" and after the introduction. In this section, the correct method used in conducting this research should be mentioned. How to analyze information should also be mentioned.

- Background of the research: The background of the research, including the internal and external backgrounds and the summary of the background review, should be written analytically. Comparison of research with background

- Theoretical Framework

- Analysis of the findings: The findings of the research and the expression of the findings in a precise and clear manner are completely scientific in the form of explanations, tables and graphs.

- Conclusion: The discussion includes the interpretation of the presented results, the reason or reasons for creating such a phenomenon, and mentioning the possible reasons for agreement or disagreement between the results and providing limitations, scientific and executive suggestions.

- Research proposals: The implementation proposals of the research should be listed. It is necessary that the suggestions arise from research and be related to the findings of the research. Also, suggestions for future research, in this section, the researcher introduces suggestions for future research. These proposals should list some of the research issues arising from this research to other researchers.

- Acknowledgment and thanks: If necessary, acknowledge and thank the sponsoring people and organizations, including mentioning that this article is taken from a thesis, treatise or research project and the like.

- Footnote: including Latin names and terms, necessary explanations (with references)

- Sources: arranged alphabetically and according to APA method.
